This is a modular building consisting of twelve 14' X 60' units joined together & used as classrooms in Many Farms, AZ. There are a total of 10,596 sq. ft. under roof. The interior walls have been tape & textured over new 5/8" sheet rock. The carpet was replaced & used about 6 months before the new school was finished. The electicity is intact, but there is no plumbing in the buildings. Because this is a modular building, installing bathrooms & kitchens would not be difficult. These units will work great for classrooms, offices, student housing, apartments or storage units. The teardown & transport has been arranged.
